If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, Office Express will credit or replace the product at no charge as long as the product meets the following criteria:
- Products MUST be in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Special order purchases may not be eligible for return or a restocking fee may apply.
- Products must be in re-sellable condition.
- Food, beverage, and related products are NOT eligible for return.
- Products being returned MUST be requested within 10 days of order date to prevent a restocking charge and returned within 5 days of RA issue date.
- Defective products MUST be reported within 7 days.
- A reason for the return must be given.
